C-64 is a highly concentrated defoamer & densifying admixture specially designed for self consolidating type concrete. One quart of C- 64 will produce over 200 cu. ft. of concrete.

    I recently used C64 in my troweled concrete tabletop mix, and the results were excellent. I incorporated PVA Fiber 15 at a 0.25% loading rate and PVA 100 at 0.7%, both by dry weight. Initially, I experienced a high amount of air entrapment, but the addition of C64 completely resolved this issue. C64 greatly improved the wetting of my mix and noticeably increased workability, making the concrete easy to trowel and finish smoothly. It also enhanced cream migration, resulting in a dense, uniform surface with a clean, professional appearance. Overall, C64 performed exceptionally well and made a clear difference in the quality and ease of my pour.

    I use this for every GFRC project. Combine with your exaxtly measured mix water prior to combining your materials and follow the mix ratio of 15-30mL per gallon. Use a syringe for easiest measuring.
