Our GFRC Compaction Rollers are designed specifically for glass fiber reinforced concrete applications, helping fabricators achieve dense, pinhole-free surfaces and stronger laminate bonds. These rollers are used to consolidate GFRC backer coats and remove trapped air between the mist/face coat and backer layers, resulting in improved adhesion, reduced voids, and a more uniform finished surface.
Manufactured from high-density polyethylene, these rollers are durable, lightweight, and easy to clean for long service life in demanding shop environments. The threaded handle design fits standard extension handles, making it easy to reach deep molds, large panels, sinks, furniture pieces, and architectural castings.
