Pros:	speed, smooth
Cons:	price, not cheap

We are a small shop, and wet sanding recycled glass mixes took forever. Placed 3 of these on my wet sander and they worked amazing. Fastest I've ever wet sanded anything. Probably cuts time by 75%.
